Watauga Arts CouncilBuskers Fest will remain a vibrant, open-air street festival, organized in partnership with the Downtown Boone Development Association and the Town of Boone Cultural Resources Department.
Buskers, a unique and vibrant event, will take place on the First Friday of October from 5pm to 9pm. As you stroll through the streets of Downtown Boone, you’ll encounter a rich tapestry of artists, performers, and demonstrators, each bringing their unique talents to life in various mediums. This is a one-of-a-kind experience that unifies creatives of all ranges of experience.
But the fun doesn’t stop there!
Boonetober Fest will be held on October 5th from noon to 9pm in Downtown Boone. Experience Bavarian-themed festivities hosted by local shops and restaurants in the heart of Boone!
We are bringing two fests in one weekend! An arts fest will be held on Friday, and a business-to-business fest will be held on Saturday. These two highly-anticipated festivals celebrate our community’s creative spirit. Immerse yourself in the arts with opportunities to dance, sing, create pottery, paint, and more!
