Nuevo South Train, the debut album by Venezualachian sensation Larry & Joe, is finally here! An afternoon of music, dancing, y vino!
Larry & Joe is the latest project of living legend of Llanera, Larry Bellorín (Venezuela) – also an asylum-seeking migrant, and Joe Troop (North Carolina), former bandleader of GRAMMY-nominated Latingrass ensemble Che Apalache. Larry & Joe first found each other in late 2021. In record time, they’ve produced their debut album, Nuevo South Train, produced by guitar icon Charlie Hunter.
They offer a bilingual program of virtuosic fusion music on harp, banjo, cuatro, fiddle, upright bass, guitar, maracas, and voice. Plus storytelling, humor, and singalongs.
