Mayberry Days® is a festival for the whole family with activities and events for the fans who long for the days when life was simple and the sheriff didn't carry a gun. Enjoy a bottle of pop while playing checkers, relax to music from many local bands playing the same songs that Andy grew up with and performed on The Andy Griffith Show. There will still be plenty of activities for the entire family, but remember to take time to slow down and enjoy what Mayberry means to you, especially during these challenging times.
Select events and/or locations are subject to change following Governor Cooper’s next update on state pandemic guidelines. Changes will be posted on Facebook and www.surryarts.org. In the case that some events are modified and/or filled to capacity, others will be added. The Surry Arts Council will continue to follow all CDC and state guidelines while celebrating the 60th anniversary of TAGS during Mayberry Days 2020.
Mayberry Days events take place at or around the Surry Arts Council venues which are within walking distance of each other, so be sure to wear comfortable shoes and clothes (the festival goes on, rain or shine)
Visit the website for a detailed schedule of the seven days of the event.
Tickets are available for all 2020 shows and now select 2021 shows. Don't wait until the last minute before they are sold out!
