The Sacred Harp Singing takes place monthly at the Steve Williams (formerly Kittredge) Recital Hall on the campus of Warren Wilson College. All are welcome to join on the 3rd Sunday of the month from September – May (April singing on the 4th Sunday due to easter) for a singing from 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm. The singing is from The Sacred Harp (1991) and loaner books are available. Books are also available for purchase ($20.00).
Directions: Take exit 55 off of Interstate 40. Go left off the off ramp. Turn right at the stoplight, onto 70 / Tunnel Rd. Drive 1.7 mile, turn left (at the light) onto Warren Wilson Road. Drive 1.5 miles, go up a hill (you are on campus). Drive past the North Entrance and park in the lot almost immediately on your right. You’ll approach Steve Williams (Kittredge) from the back. As you walk to the building you’ll see outdoor wooden steps. Don’t climb the steps. Underneath the steps, to the left, are double doors. Enter here and go to the end of the hall.
